44 Mooring Buoy is a gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with private pool and it is located just steps to the beach at the end of the beach path. The main living level has a wonderful large open floor plan with living room that leads in to the den which has a large sectional sofa and a 55″ TV. This opens to the beautiful kitchen and dining area with table and seating for up to 8 people. There are 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. Also located on this level are 3 bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms are king master suites with private en-suite baths. The 3rd bedroom on this level is a bedroom outfitted with 2 twins and this also has a private bath. Upstairs on the 2nd level are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has 2 queens and this room shares a large bathroom with the bunk room. This room has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds.
